Multi-Family Property Management Company located in Cockeysville, MD is currently seeking highly skilled fulltime Maintenance Extermination Assistant in Cockeysville, Essex, Loch Raven, Glen Burnie, Columbia and Catonsville. The Maintenance Extermination Assistant will assist exterminators during property visits.

Responsibilities for Maintenance Extermination Assistant:

• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner by being courteous to residents, vendors and co-workers, and treating them with respect.
• Maintain confidentiality by not disclosing any information on a resident or a resident’s account with anyone including the police or law enforcement. Only discuss information with a leaseholder.
• Monitor and document exterminator's work.
• Drive to multiple properties as needed.
• Initiate and maintain pertinent documentation.
• Complete all assigned work orders in a timely fashion.
• Utilize technical equipment as needed.
• Perform all other duties.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years apartment front-facing custom service experience
• Must have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with insurance
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
