Backup care is needed approximately 1-4 times per month on weekdays, typically Monday, Tuesday, or Friday from 6:00 AM–10:30 AM. The family is looking for a warm, engaging, and reliable caregiver to care for their child while the parents are at work.

Start Date: September 2026

Length of Position: Long-term

Schedule: Intermittent backup care, 1–4 times per month, with no guaranteed hours

Typical Needs: Monday, Tuesday, or Friday, 6:00 AM–10:30 AM

Compensation: $30 per hour

Responsibilities

• Bottle feeding
• Diaper changing
• Facilitating nap times
• Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of paid, professional childcare experience
• CPR certified, or willing to become certified
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
• Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening

Compensation:
