The Customer Service/Sales Wellness Specialist will guide guests through services, meet sales targets for memberships and gift cards, and build lasting member relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Inspire & Educate: Confidently guide guests through our therapeutic services and skincare lines
- Drive Growth: Meet monthly sales targets for memberships and gift cards—helping guests commit to their long-term health
- Create Connections: Use your upbeat tone and "loyal/authentic" vibe to build lasting relationships with our members

Required Qualifications:
- Previous retail or guest service experience is a must
- Quick to learn new systems and comfortable in a digital environment
- Strong critical thinking skills to turn a guest's conflict into a positive solution
- A desire to thrive in a collaborative, energetic, and 'culture-first' setting
