Summary: Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials, and they are seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives in their cement manufacturing operations. The role involves analyzing process data, optimizing production performance, and promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance
- Analyze process data, identify variations, and implement sustainable solutions using sound engineering principles
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize production performance
- Support capital projects, process upgrades, and operational trials from concept through implementation
- Promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence in daily activities
Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical capability in process engineering, operations optimization, and data-driven problem solving
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable recommendations
