Responsibilities: - Solve problems that require outreach and relationship-building, data analysis, and building dashboards - Tackle affiliate growth by finding and recruiting marketing partners to drive patient sign-ups and identifying existing partners for better results - Engage a database of 2M+ patients by segmenting, re-engaging, and keeping them warm for relevant trials - Build a system for automated reporting before customer meetings, utilizing AI and APIs - Be prepared to address any other tasks that arise in a startup environment Required Qualifications: - 0-2 years of work experience - High raw horsepower - Preference to learn fast, build, and have fun with a small team - Analytically strong - Comfortable in spreadsheets and can learn SQL, BI tools, and data pipelines without hand-holding - Tech-curious and AI-native - Built something with AI tools (even if it's a side project) - Think in terms of automation, not manual process - Strong communicator - Can write a compelling email, build a clear report, and present a recommendation to senior leadership - Self-directed - Don't wait for instructions - When something's broken or missing, fix it or build it Required Skills: Analytical skills, Automation, SQL Important Skills: BI tools, Data pipelines Nice-to-Have Skills: Self-directed, Tech-curious, Communication Benefits: Health Insurance, 15 days of PTO, Travel for in-person team meet ups
