They are seeking a Products Finance Business Partner Intern who will support product strategies and gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration during a 10-week paid internship program. Responsibilities: - Develop an understanding of Healthfirst’s unique business model, with a focus on financial data and trends - Attend meetings with cross-functional teams to learn how the Finance department supports operational decision-making - Assist in analyzing financial data related to all Healthfirst’s products and gain experience in interpreting membership, cost, and revenue trends to identify improvement opportunities Required Qualifications: - Undergraduate students must be a junior or senior at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program. Graduate students must be enrolled at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program - Will not require sponsorship for employment - Eligible to work in the U.S - Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA from an accredited school Preferred Qualifications: - Students currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an accredited Bachelor's degree program, or an accredited Master's in Healthcare Administration, Math, Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related programs - Proficiency in SQL - Work experience with Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, formatting, sorting, formulas such as VLOOKUP - Self-motivated, creative problem solver who can work independently and collaborate through strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience managing projects - Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs - Knowledge of healthcare data (claims, diagnosis and procedure codes, etc.) Required Skills: SQL, Financial analysis, Healthcare Administration Important Skills: Microsoft Excel, Medicaid knowledge, Medicare knowledge Nice-to-Have Skills: Project management, Creative problem solving, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Medical, dental and vision coverage, Incentive and recognition programs, Life insurance, 401k contributions
