The position is created for Managing the VLEs/Agents/KPs across spanned Districts and this encompasses Business delivery through the manpower available on all Products specified and meeting Sales Budgets, Activation norms and productivity benchmarks. It covers Onboarding, Training, activation of allocated manpower and drive business for given locations.
