Job Summary
Task Description: • 8+ years of extensive software development experience in enterprise-grade applications. • Strong expertise in Java backend development and modern UI technologies such as React, or Next.js. • Hands-on experience with SpringBoot / Quarkus, Jakarta EE, REST APIs, and Oracle SQL. • Proven experience in Full Stack Solution Architecture, technical design, and scalable application development. • Strong focus on AI-driven solutions, AI-assisted development, and modern engineering practices. • Solid DevOps and CI/CD experience (Jenkins/Github Actions), with an automation-first mindset. • Expertise in software quality engineering across backend and frontend applications, including automated testing (JUnit, Jest, Cypress/Karma), debugging, performance optimization, and root cause analysis. • Strong Agile and DevOps experience with a focus on pragmatic, high-quality, and fast delivery. • Proficiency with engineering tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Jira, Confluence, ELK, and UML/ERM. • Experience working with international and cross-functional teams, preferably with German stakeholders. • Quick learner, technically versatile, strong communicator, and capable of mentoring teams and driving technical decisions Work Result: Git, Confluence, etc. Skill Area: Application Development Technology: Java
