Job Summary
- trong experience in Mechanical Design Engineering, with hands-on expertise in product development.
- Proficient in Sheet Metal Design, including design optimization for manufacturability.
- Skilled in 3D concept development and creation of detailed 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, welding, and machining.
- Experience in Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, manufacturing drawings, and engineering drawing standards.
- Hands-on experience with Windchill or similar Product Data Management (PDM) tools.
- Sound knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), tolerance stack-up analysis, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Engineering Change Order (ECO/ECR) processes and mechanical hardware/component selection.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and technical decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-handling skills with the ability to lead and mentor engineers.
- Demonstrates the capability to mentor junior engineers on drawing standards and effectively review deliverables to ensure high-quality, defect-free project execution.
