JOB SUMMARY End-to-end procurement and lab coordination – PRs/POs, vendor onboarding, logistics, asset audits and process improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage team PRs and POs in compliance with Meta procurement policies. • Onboard external vendors and own end-to-end procurement tasks. • Monitor procurement KPIs (PR-to-PO cycle time, accuracy, exceptions). • Coordinate logistics, shipping and resolve logistics challenges. • Coordinate lab services: offsite storage, install/decommission, tours. • Support asset auditing; document and refine procurement processes.
