Job Summary : Jr Endur - Tech Analyst Role Type - Contract Shift timings - 01:30-10:30 PM Years of Experience - 5-8 years Work From Home - Monday, Work From Office - Tuesday to Friday Job Summary The Junior Technology Engineer is responsible for supporting design, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of the (ETRM) platform, under direction of Sr IT Analyst. This role serves as a key support between business stakeholders, traders, risk management teams, operations, and technology teams to ensure efficient delivery of Endur solutions that support front, middle, and back-office business processes. The position provides technical expertise in Endur, participates in solution design, supports production operations, and ensures system stability, scalability, and compliance

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities Overview - Analyze business requirements and translate them into Endur functional and technical solutions - Configure and enhance Endur modules to support trading, risk, scheduling, settlements, accounting, and reporting function - Collaborate with developers to design, test, and deploy customized solutions - Develop functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation Business Analysis - Partner with Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Scheduling teams to identify business needs - Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions - Recommend best practices and process improvements leveraging Endur capabilities - Conduct impact analysis for system changes and new business initiatives

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : Technical Skills Working knowledge of: - Endur architecture - Trading Manager - Operations Manager - Settlement Manager - Accounting modules Strong SQL query development and optimization skills. Knowledge of scripting languages such as: JVS (Java-based scripting in Endur) Java Python Shell scripting Experience with APIs, ETL processes, and system interfaces. Understanding of cloud technologies and modern integration platforms. - Experience with Endur through multiple implementations (not support only) - Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies - Experience with Azure or cloud migration initiatives - Project implementation experience (multiple implementations) Commodities Markets - Natural Gas - LNG Trading Functions (Which are they strongest in? Other Requirements

Other Requirement : Production Support - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Endur applications. - Troubleshoot application issues, data discrepancies, workflow failures, and integration problems. - Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions. - Support incident, problem, and change management processes. System Integration Support integrations between Endur and: - SAP - Market data provider (ZEMA) - Risk and reporting platforms (Bespoke GARM / MDAS / Cube logic) - Scheduling systems (core ETRM, waterborne Vesson etc) - Datalake - Regulatory reporting solutions (NASDAQ / Cube) Ensure data integrity across interconnected systems Technical Leadership - Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or related field. Experience - 5+ years of experience supporting commodity trading and risk management applications - 3+ years of direct Endur experience - Experience supporting front-to-back-office business processes
