Job Summary
Having data Centre skill who can work on devices installed in datacenter like, network switches, servers, storage and racking & stacking
Key Responsibilities
should be assisting technical team and vendors for all the hardware issues in the datacenter. Updating and sharing the inventory with customer. Supporting technical teams remotely as and when required
Skill Requirements
should have hands on experience working in data centers, knowledge of devices and customer management
