Job Description - Java Microservices Developer (5-10 Years Experience) Position: Senior Java Microservices DeveloperExperience: 5-10 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Java Microservices Developer with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. Build scalable, secure, and resilient RESTful APIs and backend services. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Implement event-driven and distributed system architectures. Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and third-party services. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical troubleshooting. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and quality guidelines. Contribute to architectural decisions and technology improvements.Required Skills Core Java & Frameworks Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 and object-oriented programming concepts. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security. Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns.API & Integration Experience in developing RESTful APIs. Knowledge of API gateways, service discovery, and distributed systems. Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.Databases Strong experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.Cloud & DevOps Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.Monitoring & Logging Experience with ELK Stack, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or App Insights.
