Job Summary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Engineering, Validation, Design Engineering, or related functions.
- Experience with agricultural, construction, automotive, heavy equipment, or off-highway machinery.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and stage-gate project management.
- Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, Root Cause Analysis, and Design Reviews.
- Proficiency with CAD systems (Creo, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Experience managing supplier technical relationships.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
