Job Description\
\
• Three to Eight years of previous working experience as a System Engineer or Administrator\
\
• Basic understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies. Able to manage Windows & VMware vSphere environments.\
\
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and other services.\
\
• Support solutions involving Cloud (Azure/AWS), Windows/VMware, Linux, and DDI\
\
• Expertise in version control using Git and related tools. Hands-on experience with Terraform \
\
• Experience in managing secure CI/CD pipelines\
\
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet\
\
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.\
\
• Experience with cloud based infra solutions (AWS/ Azure)\
\
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis calls during incidents or outages.\
\
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, DevOps, and operations to support end-to-end solutions.\
\
• Support and administration of Linux OS/Windows OS and application monitoring (SysEdge, Splunk)\
\
• 24/7 On call availability\
\

Skills/Certification\
\
• Cloud Certifications: Azure and/or AWS certifications \
\
• OS based Certifications: Linux(CompTIA A+, CompTIA Linux+, RHCSA/ RHCE) Windows(Microsoft 365-MD102) Virtualization( VCP-DCV, VCP-vSphere Foundation Support) (Good to Have)\

• Support & Manage Linux/Windows/VMware/DDI Patching/ upgrades/migrations in customer environments\
\
• Crisis handling and root cause analyses\
\
• Monitoring of customer-specific SLAs\
\
• Planning and implementing change management requests\
\
• Automating work procedures to streamline workflows\
\
• Understanding and improving existing enterprise infrastructures\
\
• Writing and maintaining scripts that automate technical operations\
\

Key Responsibilities
