Provide production support for ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring platform availability and service continuity.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within agreed SLA timelines.
Monitor ServiceNow performance, identify recurring issues, and implement corrective actions to improve stability and user experience.
Support application releases, change implementations, and post-deployment validation activities in coordination with development and support teams.
Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures while ensuring compliance with governance and change management processes.
