Summary: Hayward Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Inventory and Planning Analyst Intern to support efforts in improving inventory data accuracy and streamlining SKU maintenance processes. The intern will analyze inventory data, develop tools for better communication and efficiency, and contribute to material reporting and visualization using Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Responsibilities: - Assist with reviewing and improving inventory-related data and processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate inventory and material status - Contribute to efforts aimed at streamlining internal workflows and communication across departments - Help build or maintain tools used for data tracking and reporting - Utilizing Excel, Power BI, D365 - Participate in identifying areas for operational efficiency and process improvement - Support various data analysis and visualization tasks as needed across the supply chain - Provide analytical support for ongoing and emerging projects Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate school in Supply Chain Management or a related field - Strong academic standing - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint - Understanding of ERP/MRP systems - Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively - Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field at a four-year accredited college or university - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, stand and walk - The employee will frequently be required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl - The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus Required Skills: Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Important Skills: ERP/MRP systems
