Your new company
Your new organisation is a main contractor responsible for general contracting of residential blocks, schools, refurbishments and housing.
They are a family-owned business and well respected for high quality work and delivery to their clients.



Your new role
Your new role is going to be in one of two locations - either Clondalkin or North Dublin. These are residential schemes and refurbishments. You will be paid on an hourly rate for the work, and it is mainly a supervisory role, with an element of being on the tools.
You will manage the day-to-day site operations and drive site teams and subcontractors on. Whilst liaising and working closely with a project manager.



What you'll need to succeed

• To be successful, you will need to be a client-facing individual.
• Coming from a carpentry background is an advantage but not essential.
• Having on-site supervision experience previously, in a lead carpenter role, for example.
Good IT knowledge, of the use of spreadsheets / snagging platforms etc.

• You will be paid on an hourly rate (up to €40.00 per hour). The PAYE / Self-Employed options available.
