Senior Sales Executive at Haul Material Handling in Pune(Chakan)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with strong knowledge of Electric Forklifts and Material Handling Equipment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, and achieving sales targets across the Pune region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities for Electric Forklifts and Material Handling Equipment.
• Identify and develop potential customers across manufacturing, automotive, warehousing, logistics, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct customer visits, understand material-handling requirements, and recommend suitable forklift solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, EPC companies, contractors, and industrial customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up with customers until order closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer locations.
• Coordinate with service, technical, and operations teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain regular sales reports, customer records, and sales pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 25 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Forklifts, Material Handling Equipment, Industrial Equipment, or Manufacturing.
• Mandatory knowledge of Electric Forklifts and their applications.
• Good understanding of industrial sales and B2B sales processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
• Candidates with existing industrial customer/dealer networks will be preferred.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Important:
Electric Forklift sales experience/knowledge is mandatory.
Candidates should be willing to work in the Pune region and travel for customer visits.
