Prep Cook at Hattie B's Hot Chicken in Memphis, TN

• WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY 8am- 2 or 3pm

INTERVIEWING NOW:

• BOH prep cook: Our "chef-iest" kitchen role is also one of the most important since you'll be responsible for preparing our delicious side items and desserts. Use step-by-step video recipe guides to prep and assemble perfect pans every time, while following food-safety guidelines to keep our guests and team members safe. You'll help manage product inventory and receiving, too!
• $13 /hr plus TIPS to start. (Averages $16/hr to start) Cross train for raises/promotions. Grow with us! We are opening a 2nd Memphis Hattie B's in Spring 2027.
