We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our inpatient team at Natchaug Hospital, a respected regional provider of psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment serving Eastern Connecticut.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a salaried position offering a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, potential incentive opportunities, loan repayment eligibility, and relocation assistance where applicable. Compensation is determined by training, experience, internal equity, and market considerations.

Education & Experience

• Experience and/or training in adult inpatient psychiatry and psychiatric evaluation services
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Board Certified in Psychiatry, or Board Eligible and within five years of residency completion
• Eligible for and able to maintain:
  • Connecticut medical license (Department of Public Health)
  • DEA registration
  • Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration (CCSR)
