A hands-on combination of Human Capital administration, payroll preparation, and employee support
A position where accuracy and attention to detail directly impact employees and weekly payroll
An opportunity to become a subject matter resource for Workday, Lumber, union payroll, and employee lifecycle processes
This position is not:
Limited to entering data into Workday or processing payroll
A position where you'll work within Human Capital or Payroll in isolation
Focused only on resolving issues after they occur; you'll also look for ways to improve processes and prevent recurring problems
Why This Position Stands Out
You'll gain a broad understanding of how employee information moves from onboarding and Workday transactions through timekeeping, payroll, accounting, and employee records. You'll also work with a wide range of employees, leaders, unions, and operational teams, giving you a view into how Human Capital and Payroll support the business.
As you build your knowledge, you'll have the opportunity to become a trusted resource for complex payroll questions and help improve the processes behind the employee experience.
