Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join one of our on-site HR teams at a prestigious education institution in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. You will operate as a trusted administration assistant to our team and contribute to our positive, high-performing and values led environment.

You’ll:

• Partner with our HR Manager and HRBPs on administration, coordination, and HR project support
• Manage key process elements including interview coordination, background checks, contract generation, onboarding
• Help create exceptional experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike

This is a permanent part-time job share opportunity working onsite 3 days per week (Wednesday - Friday) in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-moving environment.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• Previous HR Administrator/Coordinator experience supporting a busy HR team, however, undergraduates studying Human Resources, who are looking to gain experience, will also be considered
• The ability to manage all stakeholders and candidates with warmth and professionalism
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
