About the Role
The Internship Program provides students with hands-on exposure to real-world business and program management activities, supporting both professional and personal development. This role supports ongoing Customer Program Management (CPM) activities across multiple OEM programs, contributing to day-to-day operations and timely delivery of critical outputs.
What You Will Do
Support Customer Program Management (CPM) activities across multiple OEM programs (TATA, Mahindra, MSIL)
Assist with budget and demand tracking, including demand planning, demand shifts, and CAPEX tracking
Track timesheets and FTE hour bookings for Program Managers across OEMs and cost centres
Support CY budget planning activities, including SDS uploads and preparation of EPUT files
Assist with yearly budget planning and related data consolidation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect program updates on milestones, risks, issues, and action items
Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of trackers, dashboards, and executive reports using Excel and Power BI
Ensure timely updates, data accuracy, and adherence to reporting timelines
Follow organisational policies, quality standards, and documentation hygiene on Confluence
What You Need to Be Successful
Currently pursuing or recently completed BE / B.Tech / MBA or equivalent (Engineering, Management, Finance or related disciplines preferred)
Good understanding of program / project management fundamentals
Strong Excel skills (data tracking, consolidation, basic dashboards)
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams
Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage recurring and time-sensitive tasks
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow structured processes and work in a team environment
