About the Role
As the Manager of Business Strategy & Analysis, your primary role will be to support the North America regional strategy as it relates to Go-To-Market sales plans, long-range sales forecasting/budgeting, & promotional optimization. This is a strategic role that requires extensive collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure flawless execution on business priorities as well as opportunistic discoveries. In this role you will interface with senior management on a regular basis regarding business health & development.
What You Will Do
Analyze and expose sales opportunities with Key Customers leveraging competitive intelligence and a comprehensive understanding of the US Market & Channels
Support effort to transform end to end promotional planning process into a “data-science” integrating statistical KPI’s to help the business execute optimal promotional strategies that drive topline growth while improving profitability
Support various Sales Channel Leaders with data driven insights and strategic perspectives
Lead development & implementation of Assortment Optimization initiatives
Mentor and develop a team using managerial skills with a coaching mentality
Lead long term product sales budgeting in collaboration with finance & sales for a $1B+ business
Support the execution of the strategic vision of North America’s VP&GM
Demonstrate stories through data to key customers aiding assortment expansions, brand affinity, and market education
Evaluate viability of new products and deals to propose go-forward actions to Sales, Finance, and Regional Leadership
Oversee and guide monthly sales forecast development in collaboration with finance on the US Retail/E-tail & Luxury Audio Channels
Drive effort to increase NPI health by scoping cannibalization impacts from end-of-life products
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or Economics
Minimum 6 years of experience in related business or finance field
Detailed knowledge of US Audio Market & Competitive Landscape
Ability to concisely summarize complex details
Strong analytical skills
Willingness to manage and develop a team
Qliksense Proficiency
Bonus Points if You Have
MBA
Experience with platforms and tools like SAP, BI; Python, SQL; Power BI
What Makes You Eligible
Be willing to travel up to 15%, domestic and international travel
Willingness to work in a home office anywhere in the US

Salary Ranges:
$ 117,000 - $ 171,600
