Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Assistant Principal Residents will engage in a full-time, year-long residency under the mentorship of a high performing principal for the 2027-2028 school year. Participants will receive their masters degree in Instructional Leadership and Policy from the University of Texas at Austin.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HCISD employee
- minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
- Valid Texas Teacher Certificate
