Architectural Intern

Summary: Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is a company focused on creating a collaborative environment. They are seeking an Architectural Intern to assist with routine assignments under direct supervision, including developing office standards and producing drawings for projects. Responsibilities: - Familiarity with and utilization of department architectural standards - Assisting in developing office standards - Assisting in producing drawings and sketches for projects - Assisting field survey work - Assisting in finish selections Required Qualifications: - Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Architecture program or Master degree program for Architecture at an accredited university is required - GPA: 2.7 or above - Familiarity with standards and codes - Working knowledge of CAD software, either AutoCAD, Revit or both - Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time Required Skills: Architectural standards, Building codes, CAD software, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook Benefits: Paid time off, Health insurance benefits, Matching retirement contributions, Paid holidays, Personal paid time off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability insurance, 401(k), Other benefits
