Cabinet Fabricator at Hardwood Creations in Belmont, NC

We are hiring a Senior Fabricator / Master Cabinetmaker in Belmont, NC to build heirloom-grade custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, islands, and range hoods from raw lumber and sheet goods for premier homes in the greater Charlotte area. In this role, you will work with grain- and sequence-matched solid wood and veneers, cleanly integrate luxury appliances (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele) and Blum hardware, and create field templates while managing quality control before shipment. We are looking for a collaborative team player with real tool mastery (table saw, shaper, router, advanced joinery), deep knowledge of wood species, and fluency in shop drawings, with ideally 5+ years of experience. Candidates should demonstrate a strong eye for precision—priding themselves on flush joints and dead-square cases—and be prepared to show their skills during a paid working tryout.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
