Coordinator, CSD -CSDP

Location: Suzhou, China

• Receive and register Shipping Instruction

• Complete B/L and send draft to customer

• Handle B/L amendment

• Issue SWB and invoices after vessel sailed

• Register received documents from index mailboxes

• Follow up on all relevant documents received from index mailboxes

• Complete MTD and send draft to customer

• Handle B/L amendment

• Release SWB to customer after vessel sailed

• Adjust detention and demurrage charge and invoice

• Send Shipping Instruction reminder to customer before doc cutoff time

• College degree

• Good command of English (written and verbal) CET-4 or above

• At least 2 years relevant experience in ocean shipping industry

• Good knowledge of typing skill

• Ability to meet required KPI

• Ability to work Independent as well as in a team

• Positive attitude with customer service mindset
