They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to join their Finance team, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in the financial audit process and support various accounting functions. Responsibilities: - Assist in data integrity project for corporate dashboard, used to monitor spending patterns over time and against Plan - Support the annual financial audit by meeting documentation requests from the auditors - Assist with processing vendor invoices, including coding and data entry into NetSuite - Maintain organized and up-to-date records to support the AP process - Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable and other accounting areas - Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned Required Qualifications: - Pursuing an accounting or finance undergraduate degree - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt Required Skills: Accounting, Financial audit, Accounts payable, NetSuite, Microsoft Excel
