The Technical Sales and Support Engineer will serve as a frontline technical advisor and sales partner, helping customers with inquiries, providing tailored solutions, and troubleshooting technical challenges. Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Qualify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their technical and business goals - Build accurate, application-specific quotes and follow up to drive conversions - Support OEMs and distribution partners with quoting and technical guidance - Troubleshooting flow instability, pressure regulation challenges, mechanical operations, and chemical incompatibilities - Remotely diagnose and resolve complex communication errors by investigating hardware issues (including wiring, power, and signal integrity) and software-based networking problems - Work closely with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment - Contribute to product documentation and marketing content to enhance customer understanding - Accurately enter and manage sales and service orders to ensure smooth processing and timely fulfillment - Maintain CRM records to support clear communication, order tracking, and customer history management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are captured and executed correctly Required Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field - Detail-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience or interest in fluid control, instrumentation, or automation Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with one or more of the following fields is a plus: aerospace, bioprocessing, chemistry, environmental science, semiconductor technology, or optical sciences - Bonus if you've worked in technical sales, customer support, or application engineering but not required Required Skills: Fluid Control, Instrumentation, Automation, Technical Sales, Customer Support, Application Engineering, Pneumatics, Pressure Regulation, Mechanical Operations, Chemical Compatibility, Hardware Troubleshooting, Software Networking, CRM Management, Responsiveness, Resourcefulness
