We are now looking for Territory Sales Supervisor to achieve company objective to handle General Trade & Modern Trade Independent channels in the assigned areas (Palembang, Bangka and Bengkulu).

A day in the life
Role Responsibilities:
Build and deliver territory plans using segmentation and targeting to maximize coverage and ROI
Win distribution, visibility, and recommendation by negotiating and influencing customers across General Trade and Modern Trade Independent
Bring market and competitor insights, then translate them into clear local priorities
Strengthen distributor infrastructure and land trade marketing plans built on insights
Execute brand and category plans in-store—merchandising, displays, and education—against Haleon standards
Coach and develop your team to improve call discipline, coverage, and in-store excellence
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor (FMCG or Consumer Health preferred)
Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
Strong people leadership, coaching skills, and collaborative mindset
Solid analytical skills and confident with MS Office
Working proficiency in English
Willing to be based in Palembang and travel within the assigned territory
