Job Description
Summary: Haleon is a purpose-driven, world-class consumer company focused on everyday health. The Business Analyst, Amazon role is an entry-level position that involves collaboration with sales and analytics teams to drive eCommerce growth and performance reporting for Amazon.
Responsibilities:
- Own monthly and weekly eCommerce performance reporting for Amazon
- Utilize tools such as Power BI, Amazon Vendor Central, Edge Market Share, Flywheel Commerce Cloud, Profitero and internal dashboards to track KPIs, diagnose performance, and uncover growth opportunities
- Provide actionable insights based on data trends, competitive analysis to accelerate eCommerce growth
- Build and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Serve as the primary liaison between Haleon’s internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Media, Legal) and external marketplace partners
- Foster collaboration across functions to execute initiatives that drive sales, strengthen category leadership, and improve the shopper experience
- Maintain and communicate key reports and performance updates to internal teams and senior leadership
- Cultivate strong partnerships with retailer contacts and internal stakeholders to identify and deliver joint business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior work experiences which demonstrate growth, learning and accomplishment (including internships, summer jobs, others)
- Proficient in Microsoft365 suite of products, demonstrated ability to learn new technology platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fundamental understanding of principles of business process, analytic approach, and retail industry. (Retail experience a plus!)
- Experience with Circana, Nielsen, IRI, retailer systems or basic computer programming skills
- The ability to work in teams, manage conflict, collaborate, and embrace change
- A breadth of interest which helps inform understanding of the economy, shopper, retailers and competition. An ability to synthesize multiple sources of information for greater understanding and influence
- Demonstrate a growth mind set and be motivated by attaining future goals and navigating complex challenges
