Job Description
Summary: Haemonetics is a dynamic company seeking Human Resources Interns to participate in a rotational program. The role involves working on projects related to Talent Acquisition Operations, improving scheduling processes, and enhancing the candidate experience while collaborating with various HR teams.
Responsibilities:
- Help improve scheduling processes and enhance the candidate experience by collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient hiring operations
- Support candidate scheduling and on-site interviews
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media engagement
- Develop partnerships with local and national organizations across multiple locations
- Work on additional Talent Management projects based on business priorities
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Prior customer service experience desired
- Technical aptitude to learn new systems and utilize alternative systems to improve processes
- Comfort with utilizing Microsoft Office products
- Ability to transition to FT for our 12-week Boston Summer Internship Program, starting June 1st through August 21st. Beginning June 1st you will need to be onsite 3 days per week M-R in a Hybrid schedule 40 hours per week at our Corporate HQ located at 125 Summer Street
