Summary: Hadrian is a company focused on building autonomous factories to revolutionize manufacturing in the aerospace and defense sectors. The Operations Analyst will partner with operations and supply chain stakeholders to analyze manufacturing data and provide insights to enhance production efficiency and decision-making. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain SQL queries and data models to support reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making - Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators such as throughput, yield, and cycle time - Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to deliver ad-hoc analysis and actionable insights - Identify data quality issues, define requirements, and collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and automation Required Qualifications: - Strong SQL expertise, including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization techniques - Experience working with modern data warehouses and understanding of scalable data storage concepts - Ability to translate business problems into structured analytical approaches and communicate results clearly - Self-directed mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with dbt, Python (pandas), or modern BI/dashboarding tools - Background in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain analytics - Familiarity with ERP, MES systems, or financial/cost modeling concepts Required Skills: SQL expertise, data modeling, dashboard development Important Skills: data warehouse experience, Python (pandas), ERP/MES systems Nice-to-Have Skills: analytical communication, manufacturing background, self-directed mindset Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees, 401k, Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need., Flexible vacation policy
