Summary: Hachette Book Group is a leading book publisher offering a summer internship program that allows individuals to learn about the publishing industry. As a BI Product Team intern, you will work closely with professionals, assist with projects, and gain hands-on experience in business intelligence and related fields. Responsibilities: - Organizing the development queue in JIRA to be sure we are tracking our Software Development Life Cycle as efficiently as possible - Performing backlog cleanup of our Finance service request queue in Cherwell - Crafting communication for internal and external users in Canva - Assisting in application training sessions and updating training documents in Canva - Updating our Analytics Hub on MS Sharepoint with relevant updates and helpful guidance - Collaborating on requirements gathering for small projects Required Qualifications: - Interested in exploring a career in business intelligence, project management, and/or product management - Self-starter with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Possess a great attitude and a desire to learn as well as excellent organizational skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute insights - Resourceful with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and work independently - Must be results driven, and take appropriate steps to achieve goals while taking ownership of situations as needed - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Required Skills: Business Intelligence, Product Management, Project Management Important Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Nice-to-Have Skills: Resourcefulness Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Educational sessions featuring speakers from all departments of the company, Networking and career development opportunities
