Inventory Assistant at Habib Bakery and Supermarket in Dubai

**IMMEDIATE JOINING** FRESHERS FROM ACCOUNTS BACKGROUND CAN BE PLUS

Monitor and update stock levels for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and consumables.

• Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in monthly/quarterly physical inventory audits.
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities against purchase orders, check for damages, and complete documentation.
• Organize, label, and store items according to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Record stock movements (receipts, transfers, adjustments) in the inventory/POS system.
• Prepare and issue materials required for production or branch replenishment.
• Track expiry dates, damaged goods, wastage, and report variances to the Inventory Controller.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies by checking transaction history and coordinating with relevant teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures.
• Familiarity with inventory software, POS systems, or ERP.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, storekeeping, or warehouse roles (preferably in bakery, FMCG, or food production).
• Basic MS Excel and data entry skills.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
