- Coordinate with sales/technical teams, update CRM, resolve issues and complaints
- Provide project updates, schedule follow-ups, and support after-sales service
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in realted field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of solar systems and customer service tools/CRM
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, able to explain technical info clearly
