Summary: GuideWell, through its subsidiary WebTPA, is a healthcare third-party benefit administrator with over 30 years of experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls from both providers and members, ensuring high-quality service and resolution of inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility.
