Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Intern in Mumbai. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring we attract top-tier talent across diverse functions and markets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sourcing professional with strong candidate management and project management skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
This is a hybrid position based in Mumbai, India.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Report and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead who is based in Mumbai, India
- Assist with the recruitment process, including strategy development, posting jobs, sourcing, diversity recruiting, candidate outreach, and hiring
- Build a pipeline of talent by sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Support early career recruitment, programme management and drive outreach initiatives (e.g. campus fairs)
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Current student enrolled in an accredited degree program
- An interest in Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrated professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
- High level of independence and self-motivation
- Able to work at least three times (or more) a week
- Able to start work no later than Sep 2026
