Your Role: The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is an exciting opportunity for a talent acquisition professional who enjoys building strong talent pipelines, conducting market research, and leveraging tools, data, and AI to identify and engage top talent across a global organization. You will proactively source, research, and connect with candidates across a variety of functions, teams, and locations, building diverse pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, resourceful, and energized by using market insights, sourcing strategies, and emerging technologies to uncover talent in competitive markets. What You’ll Do: Global Sourcing Strategies Lead diverse and data-driven sourcing strategies based on industry best practices Engage passive candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches, and other tools Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for current and future needs, driving improvements in local pipeline areas and diversity strategies for roles across all departments Engage in talent advisory, guiding Recruiters on sourcing best practices and strategies Set sourcing KPIs and goals to meet Guidepoint’s hiring needs Market Research, Insights, & Reporting Develop a deep understanding of Guidepoint’s business, organizational model, cross-functional talent needs and competitor landscape Analyze market insights and talent intelligence to advise Recruiters and Hiring Managers on talent landscape and search outlook Influence stakeholders using data gathered from market research, providing learning, insights, and implications to drive effective and efficient search strategies recommendations to key hiring partners Provide regular reports and analysis on search criteria and metrics What You Have: BA/BS degree 3+ years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume corporate recruiting environment. Proven experience supporting senior-level and niche searches across both technical and non-technical functions, including hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced environments Confidence in building and executing data-driven sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search techniques Strong consultative skills, with the ability to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, share market insights, and recommend effective search strategies Expertise using AI tools and technology to enhance sourcing strategy, candidate identification, outreach personalization, and market research Ability to conduct talent mapping and market research to identify target companies, niche talent pools, competitive landscapes, and regional sourcing opportunities Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) Ability to work independently with flexibility, urgency, and accountability What We Offer: Competitive compensation Employee medical coverage Central office location Entrepreneurial environment, autonomy, and fast decisions Casual work environment About Guidepoint: Guidepoint is a leading research enablement platform designed to advance understanding and empower our clients’ decision-making process.
