Sr Property Accountant (Remote) at Guardian… · Philippin…

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role owns core day-to-day accounting for a multi-entity fund structure, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, transactional accounting, and the month-end close. We welcome applications from qualified candidates worldwide.

• Own the month-end close process, including account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and variance review.

• Process fund distributions and calculate management fees in line with governing documents.

• Maintain accounting across multi-entity fund structures, building fund-specific workflows in QuickBooks using sub-accounts and classes.

• Build and maintain Excel models to support manual allocations and reconciliations alongside QuickBooks.

• Support annual fund audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responses to auditor requests.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and support accurate reporting.

• Handle sensitive financial and investor information with discretion.

• Assist with other accounting projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
