Responsibilities: - Contribute to the optimization of marketing processes and learn about product marketing - Assist with digital marketing efforts, including advertising campaigns and content creation, with an opportunity to learn about analytics and optimization - Get involved in email marketing and web content strategies to enhance user engagement and experience - Support initiatives to strengthen community ties and improve GTE Financials’ presence and impact within the community - Engage in two group projects that will be implemented across the credit union, allowing you to contribute significantly to our future and showcase your learnings - Play an integral role in the GTE Scholarship Program, helping to facilitate, support, and present to GTE Board Members Required Qualifications: - Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 - Enrolled in an accredited University - Must submit a cover letter, resume, and transcripts, and provide three references - Demonstration of extra-curricular and community service activities - Demonstrated practical judgment in making decisions - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications - Effective verbal communication and writing/documentation skills - Ability to work independently and as a team member while using discretion in making decisions and sound judgment in solving problems - Ability to think strategically and assess impacts on an enterprise-wide basis - Ability to abide by deadlines for project completion - Ability to present a professional image when working with management, as well as in a professional setting.
