Summary: GSK is a global biopharma company focused on uniting science, technology, and talent to improve health outcomes. They are seeking a Summer Intern for their Responsible AI Agents team to conduct research on AI-for-Science workflows and analyze performance metrics of AI agents. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with researchers and engineers to conduct an empirical study on how task complexity influences the performance and potential failure modes of AI agents - Help define and analyze key metrics — ranging from structural plan features to semantic context—to identify what makes a task challenging for current systems - Work with advanced AI infrastructure and contribute a technical blog post detailing findings to the RAI community Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar discipline - Experience with Python programming - Must be able to work full-time (35–40 hours per week) throughout the duration of the 10-12 week internship (May/June ~ August 2026) - Must have active student status and/or be within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program.
