They are seeking a Summer Intern in Product Management to support their Data Engineering team by turning data into visual stories and designing dashboards and reports for the organization. Responsibilities: - Build and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI - Translate business questions into clear, intuitive visualizations that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities - Clean, validate, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting - Assist with KPI definition, data modeling, and data storytelling for business and technology stakeholders - Support ad hoc analysis requests that inform operational and strategic decisions - Document data sources, assumptions, and logic to improve transparency, consistency, and reuse - Create dashboards and reporting tools that make complex data easier to understand and act on - Partner with business and technology teams to translate questions into meaningful data insights - Support data preparation, validation, and reporting processes to improve decision-making - Contribute to documentation and reporting standards that improve consistency and reusability across the organization - Bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field - Experience with data visualization tools, with Power BI preferred - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail - Ability to communicate insights clearly, both visually and verbally - Experience with SQL or querying structured data - Familiarity with basic data modeling concepts - Exposure to Python or R for data analysis - Interest in business analytics, performance metrics, and reporting - Curious and motivated to understand the 'why' behind the data - Strong visual and analytical mindset - Comfortable working with evolving or imperfect data - Collaborative, proactive learner who enjoys solving real business problems - Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing - Comfortable asking thoughtful questions to better understand business needs - Self-motivated, able to work independently, and eager to take ownership of work - Completed at least your third year of a collegiate program - Interest in technology or a related field Required Skills: Data visualization, SQL, Power BI Important Skills: Python, Data analysis Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical thinking
