Job Description
Summary: GS Power Partners is a leading distributed generation Independent Power Producer dedicated to advancing the clean power future in America. They are seeking a collaborative and results-oriented intern for their Corporate Strategy department to support decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Strategy team in developing presentations, reports, and analyses that inform company-wide decision-making
- Assist in creating and refining internal processes to improve interdepartmental communication, information sharing, and overall company efficiency
- Conduct research and data collection across departments to identify opportunities for operational improvement and strategic growth
- Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Development, Finance, Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Interconnection – to provide strategic support where needed
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses as priorities evolve, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated solar interest
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into concise, actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Financial modeling and coding skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Majors: Business Strategy, Economics, Environmental studies, or a related field
