The Risk Management Intern will support risk management activities, focusing on non-financial risk assessments and data analysis while collaborating with various teams within the credit union. Responsibilities: - Learn to perform duties in Risk Management - Supporting risk management activities related to risk assessments and practices - Includes non-financial risk assessments, risk reviews, and supporting GRC software activities - Comfortable working with large amounts of data in multiple systems - Synthesize data into actionable insights - Frequent collaboration with other areas of the credit union is expected Required Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering or Risk Management from an accredited college or university - Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is preferred - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel - Must be able to work independently - Must be able to learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: - Successful completion of a risk management course preferred - Power BI knowledge is preferred Required Skills: Risk Management, Risk Assessments, GRC Software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Data Analysis, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Fall
