Summary: Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is dedicated to serving its members and communities. They are seeking an FP&A Intern to support financial planning and analysis activities while collaborating with various teams within the credit union. Responsibilities: - Learn to perform duties as a Financial Analyst on the Financial Planning and Analysis team - Support analytical activities related to financial planning and analysis for consumer and commercial lending products and expense analysis - Work with large amounts of data in multiple systems and synthesize it into actionable insights - Collaborate with other areas of the credit union Required Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled as a student with a degree in Business, Math, Economics, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited college or university - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel - Must be able to work independently - Must be able to sit for extended periods of time - Must be able to read, write, speak and type English - Must be able to hear and use a telephone - Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated competency in financial and statistical reporting, design, and preparation of financial models is highly preferred Required Skills: Financial reporting, Statistical reporting, Financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Fall
