Summary: Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is a credit union dedicated to serving its members and local communities. The Enterprise Operations Intern will support enterprise operations activities related to workflow documentation, data gathering and analysis, and assistance on Enterprise Operations projects, collaborating frequently with other areas of the credit union. Responsibilities: - Supporting enterprise operations activities related to workflow documentation - Data gathering and analysis - Assistance on Enterprise Operations projects - Collaboration with other areas of the credit union Required Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or Finance from an accredited college or university - Successful completion of an analytics course required - Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel - Must be able to work independently - Must be able to learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision - Must be able to sit for extended periods of time - Must be able to read, write, speak and type English - Must be able to hear and use a telephone - Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Visio, PowerBI, Tableau or other visualization tools highly preferred Required Skills: Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Tableau, Data Analysis, Workflow Documentation Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Fall
