Summary: Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is dedicated to serving its members and local communities, offering a collaborative culture where individuals can grow personally and professionally. The Business Transformation Intern will assist the Business Transformation team with process mapping, documentation, data gathering, and analysis, while collaborating with various areas of the credit union. Responsibilities: - Assist with process mapping activities across all Grow Financial business units - Documentation, data gathering and analysis, and assistance on other Business Transformation projects - Work with subject-matter experts and large amounts of data in multiple systems - Synthesize data into actionable insights - Frequent collaboration with other areas of the credit union is expected Required Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university - One year prior work experience required - Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel - Must be able to work independently - Must be able to learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Visio or other visualization tools preferred Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Data analysis, Process mapping, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Fall
